1949年福島県生まれ。1972年以降広告制作プロダクションに勤務、その間毎日広告デザイン賞特選、朝日広告賞入選などを受賞。1980年に独立。主な写真展は1996年「聲OTOZURE」、1998年「ROOM」、2000年「ROOM #2」「ゲストハウス」2007年「akechi」同年、写真集「akechi」を出版（新風舎）最近では、LA.にて「THE 2008 VICE PHOTO SHOW」写真展に参加。

Yoshiki Saitoh was born in Fukushima, Japan. Since 1972, he has worked for advertising agencies as commercial photographer. He has been freelance since 1980. Selected photo exhibitions include “OTOZURE” in 1996, “ROOM”, “ROOM#2”, “GUEST HOUSE” in 2000. In 2007,he held an exhibition titled “akechi”, and published a book in the same title from Singpoosha. In 2008, he was selected to contribute for "THE 2008 VICE PHOTO SHOW" in Los Angeles.
